“I am a firm believer in the use of exercise for pain management and injury prevention in all populations. Through my previous studies in Sport Science and his own athletic endeavours, I have firsthand experience of the physical and psychological benefits of exercise not only for injury recovery but for overall health and well-being.

I have worked with GAA clubs in Stradbally, Timahoe, Crettyard, Danesfort and Round Towers Kildare. I have also had the pleasure of working with UCC, SETU Waterford, MTU Kerry and Clontarf RFC as well as the Laois Under 20 footballers and Kilkenny Under 20 hurlers.
